Dodging the showers, the fourth and final side of the wagon was completed today, save for very minor bits and pieces. Here it is, in a rare pool of sunshine.I can hardly believe that this has been achieved in just three months.
It still needs painting and lettering but the essential work has now been done.
Several people have remarked how well it fits in with the overall ambience of the water tower and grounds.
