  1. Hi, this is very random and unconnected to this post, but I've just seen a repeat of the Restoration Man episode for the tower and I was wondering who did your wooden floor on the first floor! I'd be very grateful if you could point me in the direction of the supplier or what it is... Thanks!

      The wooden floor is engineered boards supplied by Wonder of Wood Ltd of Stainforth nr Settle - they had to be engineered boards because of the underfloor heating. Joiner who laid them was the late (sadly) Dave Richardson. Contact details for all the suppliers and contractors are at
