I hope our friends from The Strathspey Railway at Aviemore approve. The paint job on the wheels and so on will be done this summer. The wagon continues to be something of a Settle talking point and I am often asked "What's next?" Good question.
Mark, I have two A4 size pictures on the mess room notice board, one is how the wagon was, the other is how the wagon is now. Lots of people have viewed them, all favourable comments, most have expressed amazement at how you have managed it in so short a time.

Keith, That has quite made my day! Besides the physical aspects of the restoration I have learnt a lot about trucks - in fact I could bore for Yorkshire now I reckon. I shall look up RestoringcoachesatAviemore for sure.
